About Us
Founded in 1988, KW Roadhaul began with specialised bulk cartage services throughout the North Island, primarily supporting Summit-Quinphos until its sale to Ballance in 2008. At that point, founder Kevin Williams decided it was time for a change. The demands of bulk cartage often kept him away from home, and with skilled operators in short supply, he saw the opportunity to move in a new direction.
A friend suggested he consider machinery transport—an idea that resonated with Kevin’s long-standing interest in machinery. What started as a small step into a new field has grown into a well-respected business that continues to this day.
Today, KW Roadhaul specialises in the safe and reliable transportation of earthmoving, agriculture and construction equipment across Greater Auckland and throughout the North & South I. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience and industry knowledge, Kevin and his team ensure every job is handled with professionalism and care.
